Apple Internet Server Solution: How to Serve Multiple Home Pages

There are several ways to serve multiple index home pages using WebSTAR Web Server software, including a naming scheme such as:

http://www.company1.com/abc.html
http://www.company2.com/def.html
http://www.company3.com/xyz.html

Or you can run multiple copies of WebSTAR on the same machine using different port numbers:

http://www.company1.com:80/
http://www.company2.com:8001/
http://www.company3.com:8005/

Another software solution is called HomeDoor by Open Door Networks Inc. The HomeDoor solution works for any browser. A five-domain version of the HomeDoor index home page server is included in the Apple Internet Server Solution.
