These are the three major conditions that a program must meet for it to be
an AppleShare foreground application:
- it must be of type FGND.
- it must be in the server folder (so AppleShare can find it) and it can
save files only in the server folder (so as not to disrupt the desktop
in a manner AppleShare cannot handle).
- it must call SYSTEMTASK often in order to give AppleShare run time.
