AppleWorks 6: How to Duplicate Spreadsheet Cell Formats

You can easily copy complex cell formatting, including fonts, formats for numbers, dates, and times, and cell backgrounds and borders, and apply the format to other cells.

To duplicate a cell's format:
Select the cell whose format you want to copy.
Choose Copy Format from the Edit menu.
Select the cells you want to reformat.
Choose Apply Format from the Edit menu.
