AppleWorks 6: How to Delete Spreadsheet Data

When you delete data from cells, the empty cells remain.

To delete cell data but preserve cell formatting:
· Select the cells you want to delete, then press the Delete key.

To delete cell data and formatting:
· Select the cells you want to delete, then choose Cut or Clear from the Edit menu.
