AppleShare Print Server: Using a Macintosh 512Ke as a Server



Will a Macintosh 512Ke with 1MB RAM support five printers as an AppleShare
Print Server? If not five, how many will it support? The manual refers only
to Macintosh 512K configurations.

A Macintosh system with 1MB RAM can capture up to five printers or two if an
AppleShare File Server is running on the same machine.

A 1MB Macintosh 512Ke is not mentioned in the AppleShare Print Server manual,
because Apple did not make or sell 1MB Macintosh 512Ke systems.
