Claris CAD: Bearing Coordinates

What are bearing coordinates, and does Claris CAD support them?

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
Bearing coordinates are angular measurements referred to in units of degrees: minutes and seconds. There are 60 seconds per minute, 60 minutes per degree and 360 degrees per full revolution.

In Claris CAD, you can enter angular data (with the keyboard in show location, show info, and the clipboard) only in absolute degrees (whole degrees with fractional degrees), not in bearing coordinates. Angular dimensions can displayed in either absolute or bearing coordinates however.
