Claris CAD: Information Locations Description

I've heard that the way Claris CAD shows information about objects allows greater accuracy. How does this work?

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
Claris CAD has a Show Info box, a Show Dimensions box and Show Location bar. All three of these can be shown or hidden. The Show Location can be used when creating or when modifying objects. The Show Info box allows the user to modify existing objects to exact dimensions. Show Info also show calculated dimensions such as perimeter, area, etc. The Show Dimensions box allows customization of of the display of dimensions, such things as location of the leader, places of accuracy etc.

The info window will only display in decimals and whole numbers. It does not have the ability to display object information in fractions of feet or inches or any other unit.
