Claris CAD: Resizing Objects in Clipboard

Is it true that I can modify objects copied to the Clipboard before I paste them back into a document?

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
Yes. You can modify such things as length, height and angle of rotation among others. When the object is pasted into a document it reflects the modifications.

Can you rescale an object by a user defined percentage?

Yes, the clipboard in Claris CAD lets you scale anything pasted from it by user defined value. The X axis and Y axis can be scaled separate values.

New in 2.0 - users can also resize by percentage using the scale command of the arrange menu. This command also allows text, line width and arrow size. See the record 'Scaling Objects, Text and Drawings.'
