Claris CAD: Modification to Arcs Issue

In Claris CAD 1.0v1, whenever a circular or elliptical arc was modified, it would lose any decimal values in its incremental angle (e.g. 55.43¡ would become 55.00¡).

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
As a result, there would be a gap between the arcs and other objects like lines and polygons.

"Modified" includes: Mirroring, Mirror Duplicating, Rescaling while pasting, Resizing, Rescaling in the Clipboard, Flipping Horizontally and Flipping Vertically.

Note: This was fixed in Claris CAD v1.0v3.
