MacDraw II: Objects Jump When Moving Them
A customer reports when moving objects they jump rather than move gracefully.
This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
Have the customer check the caps lock key. When the caps lock key is down, the mouse constraints go into effect.
