Claris CAD: Rotating About a Specific Point

How can I rotate an object about a specific point? For Example, how can I rotate a rectangle about a portion of another object?

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
Select the object to rotate. Select Rotate from Arrange Menu. Press the Command Key and select and hold the point to rotate the object about. Now twist the mouse; you should see the shadow of the object rotate about the chosen point. Release when you have achieved the desired position or enter the angle of rotation desired into the Show Location bar and press enter. You can also use modifiers to select your point or rotation.
