Printer Issues:
- ImageWriter I & II
- Text in boxes, prints over the box, looks fine on screen.
- Printed rotated text (especially text larger than 12 pt.) is unacceptable. - LaserWriter
- Random Printing streaks appear in printouts.
- Cannot print complex polygons with more than 256 vertices.
- Overlapping text with Laser Driver 5.0. - QMS
- Cannot print in color with LaserWriter driver since MacDraw II doesn't send the color PostScript commands. - Tektronix 4693
- Cannot print at 150 & 75 dpi if you have only 4MB of memory. - General Computer PLP
- Rotated text prints out bitmapped (resembling ImageWriter output).
PICT Issues:
- Rotated object in PICT and opened in PageMaker, MacDraft or MacDraw 1.9.6.
- Importing PICT files larger than 32k. (There appears to be a problem in flipping and opening imported PICT scanned images larger than 32K.)
- Exporting PICT files (via clipboard or through PICT) to other Applications.
- Graphics shift after exporting.
Font Issues:
No font substitution allowed.
Old fonts lacking the FOND resource causes unreadable menu bar and splash screen (solution reinstall the fonts using fonts created with system software 5.0 or later).
Text gets truncated on the right side, after exporting because most applications do not handle Fractional Character Widths.
Miscellaneous Issues:
Layer Crasher bug (1.0v4 fixed this bug).
