Resolved these issues:

Color separation gray screen density has been set to 60 lines per inch rather than 45 lines per inch.
Patterns are now printed correctly on Linotronic and LaserWriter printers.
Smoothing of polygons imported from MacDraw 1.9.x has been corrected.
You can select the plotter driver from the chooser with the version of MacPlot shipped with MacDraw II 1.0v2.
