Claris CAD: Loss of Precision with Radius MATH Utility

If you use a Radius accelerator card, you may notice that your directly entered dimensions are rounded to a lower precision.

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
Radius MATH (older versions are called Radius SANE) is a startup document that comes with Radius accelerator cards. To increase performance, the Startup document (INIT) truncates math computation from 20 to 16 places.

When this Startup document (INIT) is installed, all measurements entered into Claris CAD will be rounded down to a lower precision. Removing this optional Startup document (INIT) restores normal operations in Claris CAD.
