MacDraw II is unable to read a PICT file created with Design/IDEF from Meta Software
This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
It appears that the format of the PICT is different than the PICT supported MacDraw II. Other applications can open the file, however, MacDraw Pro is able to open the file.
