If a user enters a number into the info window and it changes when he presses enter, there are two possibilities. If the number always changes to something very close to the original and always changes to the same number (i.e. 1.000 becomes .999) then it is the SANE INIT rounding problem, and he should remove the INIT from their system folder. But...
If the number changes to a different number (i.e. 1.000 becomes 1.023, then on the second try it becomes .987) then it is a known issue with Claris CAD 2.0v1 and 2.0v2 that is fixed in 2.0v3.
