MacDraw Pro, Claris CAD: Colorized Bitmaps Saved As EPSF Print Black

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
This is fixed in the EPSF translator included with MacDraw Pro 1.5

Colorized bitmaps print black when saved as EPSF using the EPSF Translator v1.0 for MacDraw Pro 1.0v1 and Claris CAD 2.0v3

The following steps recreate the behavior:

1) Import a black and white bitmap (such as those from MacPaint or HyperCard)
2) Colorize the bitmap by selecting colors for the pen and/or fill of the bitmap
3) Save as EPSF
4) Print the EPSF

The bitmap will print as black and white.
