This error message appears when there are problems with cable connections or
when the SMB File Transfer Utility cannot find an SMB server on the ring.
Make sure that the cable is fully connected to the TokenTalk NB Card and the
MAU, and ensure that the SMB file server is still running on that ring.
If that does not correct the problem, you might try a different TokenTalk NB
Card, or try a different cable and connect it to a different port on the MAU.
