MacDraw II, Claris CAD: Window Size Cannot Be Changed

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
After launching Claris CAD or MacDraw II on a small start-up monitor and moving the window to a larger monitor, the window on the larger screen cannot be resized.

Both Claris CAD and MacDraw II set your window size to the size of your start-up monitor. The window size is set at this point and CANNOT become any larger. A work around would be to change your start-up monitor to the larger monitor and then launch Claris CAD or MacDraw II.
