MacDraw Pro: Printing Gradients is Slow to StyleWriter

Printing gradients can be very slow when printing to the StyleWriter. Printing in Faster mode will significantly speed up the printing of gradients. (To do this, you'll have to uncheck the Maximum Resolution option in printing Preferences.)
