When I attempt to install my copies of MacDraw Pro or Claris Resolve I get the message "The disk has the correct name but is not the correct disk. Click continue, then try inserting a different disk with this name, or click stop to stop any further installation" . What is going on?
The disks used for installation may not be exact copies of the original disks as shipped from Claris. That is, files on the disk may be missing or renamed, or one or more of the disks may be renamed.
If this is not the case, the user may have received a bad or incorrect disk. Please send a replacement.
