MacDraw Pro: 20-Tab Limit for Text Objects

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
There is a limit of 20 user-set tabs that can be created in a MacDraw Pro text object. This limit is hard-coded into the program. If you try to add a 21st tab into an object's text ruler, you will not be able to grab the tab from the tab well. This limit applies to tabs set by the user, not the preset tabs that occur every 1/2".
