Claris Resolve: Conflict with RadiusWare under System 6.0.x

Under System 6.0.x, the RadiusWare init provided with Radius monitors (both versions 1.6.1 and 2.0) will cause Claris Resolve 1.0v2 to crash when choosing a menu item. This does not occur under System 7.
