It seems as though the labeling on some of the disks is mixed up. The "References" disk is labeled as the "HyperTour" disk and vice versa.
The issue is that when the installer encounters this issue, it will NOT accept the HyperTour labeled disk as the References disk when the "This is the wrong disk" message comes up. The customer MUST start the installation over and when asked for the References disk, insert the HYPERTOUR disk.
