Problem:<BR>
The customer prints out of the database and the first page is missing.<BR>
<BR>
Solution:<BR>
Title Page is selected in the Document window under the  FORMAT menu.<BR>
<BR>
In versions previous to 1.0v2, this caused a crash but now it just causes this symptom.<BR></div>
