MacDraw Pro: Small Caps Text Displays & Prints Incorrectly

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
Under certain conditions, text with Small Caps style will display and print incorrectly. The text will appear slid about one inch to the right within the text block. Thus, the left side of the text block will appear blank, while the text will appear truncated on the right. Changing any of these conditions will work around the issue:

MacDraw Pro 1.5:
1 -32-bit addressing must be turned OFF to fix this issue

MacDraw Pro 1.0:
1 - The font must be a non-TrueType font
2 - The first character of the text block must be Small Caps style, and must not be a space character
3 - The text must be left-aligned
4 - The text block must be caption text (no right margin), not paragraph text
5 - 32-bit addressing must be on.
