There is no specific feature which will allow you to print text and graphics separately from ClarisWorks.
However, this can be done for a word processing document which has graphics only on the graphic layer (not pasted in-line with text). You can cut the graphics, print the text, and then paste the graphics, cut the text, and print the graphics. To do this:
First, save your document!
1) Click the arrow tool.
2) Choose Select All from the Edit menu (this selects all graphic objects).
3) Cut
4) Print the text.
5) With the arrow tool still selected, Paste.
6) Click in your word processing text and then choose Select All and Cut.
7) Print the graphics.
Close the file and don't save changes.
