ClarisWorks: ImageWriter Bold Printing Problem

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
There is an issue with ClarisWorks when printing to an ImageWriter. If a portion of a line is selected and the style is set to bold the last word of the bold text will run over into the following word. This only happens with ImageWriter fonts (Geneva, Monaco, New York) when printing in Best mode.

This issue occurs in ClarisWorks 1.0v3 and earlier versions. It is not corrected with the latest version of the ImageWriter driver or ATM/TrueType. However, by using either ATM or TrueType you can get acceptable printing using non-ImageWriter fonts.
