There has been a report that drawing a square and applying one of the non-grey patterns (the ones below the first two rows) to the pen will cause the document to not print to a TI MicroLaser Plus. The document prints successfully when a gray pattern or no pattern at all is applied to the pen.
According to the Texas Instruments MicroLaser Plus manual: "Some high-resolution halftone images and color graphics require more memory than the printer has as a standard. In such a case, the printer returns to the online idle state without printing anything or gives a 'limitcheck' error message."
Texas Instruments recommends the 1MB memory upgrade.
Claris Technical Support has not verified that the memory upgrade will solve the problem.
