Spreadsheet rows and columns In ClarisWorks and Table rows and columns in ClarisImpact can be reduced to a row height of zero, thus hiding the cells. For example, you might want to have data in your spreadsheet which is used for calculations but which should not print, and you don't want to use the Print Range command (you wish to print a discontiguous range). To reduce the spreadsheet row height or column width to zero, select the desired rows and either 1) drag the divider between two selected rows up above the next divider or 2) choose Row Height or Column Width from the Format Menu (Table menu in ClarisImpact) and type "0" into the size field.
To restore your spreadsheet to its original appearance, choose Select All from the Edit menu and check the "Default" box in the Row Height and Column Width dialogs. This will display all cells at their default 14 pt. height and 1" width.
