Cannot Protect Blank Cells when Selecting An Entire Column or Row (SS)

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
When you choose to Protect cells in either an entire column or an entire row, only the cells that are not blank will be protected. As other cells are later filled in, they can be protected by selecting the Protect Cells command again.

This is true of both ClarisWorks for the Macintosh through version 2.0v1, and ClarisWorks for Windows 1.0v1.
