ClarisWorks Crashes When Importing 24 bit TIFF Images
Inserting or Opening 24bit TIFF images will crash ClarisWorks 1.0v1 for Windows. The error message is "ClarisWorks caused a General Protection Fault in module TIFF.XTD."
This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
ClarisWorks 1.0v1 for Windows cannot import 24bit TIFF images. A GPF is generated and ClarisWorks crashes. The error message is "ClarisWorks has caused a General Protection Fault in module TIFF.XTD." There is no known workaround at this time.
