When printing from ClarisWorks 2.0 or ClarisImpact to an ImageWriter II with a color ribbon and the 7.0 or 7.0.1 ImageWriter driver, some shades of green may print as black. This happens with all Print dialog box settings: better text, better graphics, best printing, and faster printing.
The shades of green that do print from the basic, installed Claris Color Palette, are the 5th through the 7th colors in the green column (see Figure 1).
The ImageWriter 7.0 driver is supplied with System 7.0 and 7.0.1; the ImageWriter 7.0.1 driver is supplied with System 7.1.
There is no workaround. The ImageWriter 2.7 driver, supplied with System 6.x, prints the green fine at all settings.
