Objects Cropped when Resolution of Paint Frame is Changed

When changing the resolution of a Paint Frame, objects close to the right edge of the Paint Frame may be cropped.

How to recreate:
1. Create a Paint Frame.
2. Place an object close to the right edge of the frame.
3. Change the resolution to 300 dpi.
4. Notice that the frame is not large enough to show the entire object.

Solution:
1. Select the Arrow tool.
2. Click once on the Paint Frame.
3. Notice that the Paint Frame has selection handles on each of the four corners.
4. Click and hold down on the lower right selection handle and drag until the frame is big enough.
