Windows 3.0: Clear and Undo Clear will freeze system

In the Spreadsheet environment, filling all cells, then clearing and undo clear, will result in a system freeze

Problem:

In a Spreadsheet document, if you fill all cells with data and then select Clear, and immediately select Undo Clear, Windows 3.0 will freeze.

Solution:

This is a known problem with Windows 3.0 and can be corrected by upgrading to Windows 3.1.
