Converting Time to a Decimal Value (SS, DB)

To convert time to a decimal value where 2:45 would equal 2.75, use the formula:

HOUR(A1)+MINUTE(A1)/60

This extracts the hour and adds it to the minutes divided by 60 to convert minutes to a decimal.
