Spreadsheets Display Black Row and Column Headers (SS)

Issue:

Spreadsheets display black row and column headers on PCs with the ATI Ultra video card. ClarisWorks palettes may also display as solid black rectangles.

Explanation:
This issue only occurs if a 256 color bitmap is used for the wallpaper.

Solution:
Change the wallpaper to a 16 color wallpaper pattern.
