Wrapping the Text in a Text Frame or Text Model Around a Picture (All)

To wrap text in the body of a ClarisWorks Word Processing document around an object, simply select the picture with the Arrow tool and choose Text Wrap... from the Options menu.

ClarisImpact automatically wraps around any object or Model drawn in the Report environment.

If the text is in a ClarisWorks Text Frame or ClarisImpact Text Model and you wish to wrap it around an object or picture, add the steps below:

1. Select the Text Frame or Text Model with the Arrow tool.
2. From the ClarisWorks Options menu, choose Frame Links; or from the ClarisImpact Text menu, choose Frame Links.

Similarly, to make the Text Wrap feature work in a ClarisWorks Drawing document or a ClarisImpact Drawing or Presentation document, the Frame Links command must be enabled for the underlying text object. This is true even if you won't be linking this text object to any other Frames or Models. To do this:

1- Select the text object(s) behind the graphic to be wrapped
2- From the ClarisWorks Options menu, choose Frame Links; or from the ClarisImpact Text menu, choose Frame Links.

NOTE: This solution will also work with a ClarisImpact Outline Model. After following the steps above simply use the To Outline feature from the Text menu.
