ImageWriter Faster Printing Disabled

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
After printing once to an ImageWriter, the Faster item in the Print dialog may be disabled.

The only work around is to quit the program and relaunch it.
