Rotated arcs that are not grouped with another object are clipped when pasted in-line in a report document. The arcs will also print clipped.
Workarounds:
1. Group the arc with any other object before pasting it. For example, you could draw a small line segment, set its pen color to white, send it to the back and group it with the arc. The line would not be visible and the arc will appear correctly on screen and will print correctly.
2. Do not paste your graphic in-line.
