ClarisWorks: Spreadsheet Data "Disappears" When Inserting or Deleting a Header or Footer

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
Question:
Some of my spreadsheet disappeared when I inserted a Header/Footer. How do I get it back?

Explanation:
Whenever you insert a Header/Footer or remove a Header/Footer, ClarisWorks automatically turns on Page View so that you can see the Header/Footer, or see that it is gone.

Page View only shows the Print Range since it is like a Print Preview. This may make some of your spreadsheet seem to disappear, if a Print Range of specific cells has been chosen instead of the default "All cells with data".

Solution:
Under the View menu notice that there is a checkmark next to Page View. Choose Page View to turn off this feature.

Another solution would be to change your Print Range to include the portions of the spreadsheet you want to see. Choosing "All cells with data" will ensure that all of your spreadsheet will always show on screen and print. Print Range is found under the Options menu.
