ClarisImpact: Arrow Moves when Line is Rotated and Resized

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
I added an arrow to a line and then rotated it but when I try to resize that line, the arrow switches to other side of the line.

Workaround:
The best workaround is to remove the arrow and add it again.

Claris Development is aware of this issue.
