Add a Colored Border to a Cell in a ClarisImpact Table

What to do if you want your cell border to be something other than black.

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.

To add a colored border to a cell, follow the steps below:

1. Select a cell or cells in a Table.
2. Choose Cell Borders from the Table menu.
3. Select the type of border you desire and click OK.
4. Choose Grid Display from the Table menu.
5. Select the color you want next to Cell Borders and click OK.

NOTE: Using the color palette next to the Pen will not change the color of the cell border. Remember that adding a fill color to a cell is done by selecting the cell or cells and then choosing a fill color from the color palette next to the Fill tool (the paint bucket).
