There appears to be a problem with the extension Macintosh Easy Open, version 1.0.2, and ClarisWorks paint (PT) documents. Sometimes double-clicking on a ClarisWorks PT document does not allow ClarisWorks 2.0v1 to open it. Claris has been unable to reproduce the problem with ClarisWorks 2.1, but it may happen in that version also.
Current workarounds:
Launch ClarisWorks and use the Open Dialog Box (File Menu, Open...) to open the PT document.
Remove the Macintosh Easy Open Extension from the Extensions Folder and restart the Macintosh.
