Dates from FileMaker Place or Publish to Timeline incorrectly

This information was provided by Claris Corporation on 16 March 1998, and incorporated into Apple Computer's Tech Info Library.
Problem:
When I Place or Publish a date field(s) from a FileMaker database to a ClarisImpact Timeline the dates are not correct or do not appear at all.

Explanation:
Dates from FileMaker do not Publish into a ClarisImpact Timeline correctly. The reason could be that the dates from FileMaker do not have a leading zero in single digit months or single digit days. Dates with double digit days will Place or Publish & Subscribe correctly.

Workaround:
Use the FileMaker Date Format feature to format the date field so that it has leading zeros. When exporting or publishing make sure to use the option "Format output using current layout".

The ClarisImpact Development is aware of the problem.
