Q. I am getting a dialog box stating "The maximum number of licensed users are currently using this copy of ClarisWorks," throughout the use of my ClarisWorks program. The dialog box appears on some terminals only some of the time. Each terminal has a copy of ClarisWorks which was installed separately on my network. What is the problem?
A. The only conditions under which you get this message are:
* The same installer disk was used to install different copies of the software (effectively meaning that the system then regards them as the same copy of ClarisWorks). You must install ClarisWorks with a separate set of installer disks (not with the same set of installer disks) for each installation on the network.
* Any serialized version of ClarisWorks running on a machine which is also a network router will fail to launch.
