If you create a Task, you may want to give more detail for the Task than is possible in the single line title provided in the Task dialog. While you recognize the Note as an expansion of the Task details, Claris Organizer sees Tasks and Notes as separate lists. You may print out your Notes or your Tasks, but not both together.
If you leave the title of each Task as part of the Note Title, and you make sure the date and time of the Note matches the date and time of the Task, a printed list of your Notes will be in the same order as your tasks. If you assign the category "Task/Notes" to both the tasks and notes, and find that category for both Task and Note lists, your printed lists will be relatively easy to match and read.
