If you receive the following error messages while attempting to install ClarisWorks 3.0 for Macintosh, the issue may be caused by a defective RAM memory chip:<BR>
<BR>
Disk 2<BR>
Error Decompressing &quot;Introduction to ClarisWorks&quot;, the data doesn't match.<BR>
Error Decompressing &quot;Address List&quot;, the data doesn't match.<BR>
<BR>
Disk 4<BR>
Error Decompressing &quot;ClarisWorks Help&quot;, the data doesn't match.<BR>
<BR>
This issue was reported by a customer and has not be verified by Claris. The machine used was a Power Macintosh 6100/60AV with 16 MB of memory running System 7.5.<BR>
<BR>
The solution is to replace the defective memory chip.</div>
