If you get an error message when trying to access Help from ClarisWorks 4.0, try deleting the help files that are installed and reinstalling them.<BR>
<BR>
To delete the help files:<BR>
1- Open the Claris folder, which is inside the System folder<BR>
2- Trash two files: ClarisWorks Help and Quickhelp.  Empty the Trash.<BR>
<BR>
Install the ClarisWorks 4.0 help files:<BR>
1- Run the ClarisWorks installer<BR>
2- Click on Easy Install and select Custom Install<BR>
3- Scroll down and click the checkbox for &quot;ClarisWorks Help&quot;<BR>
4- Click Install</div>
