Synchronizing Claris Organizer files to a PowerBook will return an error message stating that: "File is busy", it will be followed by another message stating, "The two files could not be synchronized because the file could not be opened."
Instant Organizer will not allow synchronization to take place when docked or connected to a PowerBook. Copy the file to the desktop computer and then Synchronize the file. After synchronization has been completed, transfer the file back to the PowerBook and replace the other file with this new file.
